Editor’s Note
At Full Bloom Magazine, we celebrate creativity, authenticity, and the stories that shape who we are. This month, I’m especially proud to introduce someone who’s had a tremendous impact on my own creative journey: my second cousin, David Ogburn. Growing up in Queens, New York, David wasn’t just family—he was an inspiration.
Our Family, Our Legacy (Queens, NY)
From our childhood adventures to today, David has always encouraged me to think outside the box, embrace what makes me unique, and explore the world through a creative lens. His photography isn’t just about capturing moments—it’s about telling stories, sharing truths, and connecting with people in a way only he can.
This collaboration feels like a full-circle moment for me, and I’m honored to share his brilliance with the Full Bloom community.
Introducing David Ogburn’s Column: Through a Different Lens
David Ogburn’s photography is more than just art—it’s a statement. With each frame, he captures the essence of his subjects, weaving their stories into vibrant, authentic narratives that are as thought-provoking as they are beautiful. His work challenges us to see the world differently and to celebrate the beauty of individuality.
Starting this month, David will be bringing his incredible vision to Full Bloom Magazine with his new column, Through a Different Lens. This space will showcase not only his stunning photography but also the powerful stories behind each image. His captions, rich with personality and meaning, will remind us all to embrace what makes us unique and to see the beauty in being different.
