This spring, fashion goes deeper than fabric. STRUT XIII: The Blueprint…UNCENSORED, presented by AZIZA PE&CE, returns with a groundbreaking vision that merges culture, creativity, and unapologetic expression on one of Baltimore’s biggest stages.



Held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 7–10 PM at the Hilton, Inner Harbor, this year’s capstone experience pulls inspiration from architectural blueprints symbolizing foundation, structure, and legacy while pairing it with the raw, unfiltered brilliance of Black fashion excellence.


The Blueprint…UNCENSORED is more than a runway show. It is a cultural statement where history meets modern edge, where young visionaries stand next to established creators, and where every beat, look, and performance tells a story. From ancestral influence to contemporary innovation, this presentation reflects who we are, where we come from, and the future of creativity within our community.


This youth-led and youth-driven showcase features:

  • Local & national designers

  • Boutiques & stylists

  • Hair & makeup artistry

  • Award-winning performers, including The Stagebreakerz

  • Creative volunteers shaping every detail of this immersive night



This event invites designers, boutiques, vendors, makeup artists, stylists, and community partners to be part of a transformative fashion experience designed to inspire, challenge, and celebrate. With its unmistakable color story of electric blue and vibrant yellow, the STRUT XIII campaign signals a new era of artistic boldness where identity is honored, creativity is uncensored, and every participant becomes part of the blueprint.
